At Rally9 Pickleball League, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy before registering for a league. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for league registrations.
We offer a risk-free cancellation period for all league registrations. You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you request cancellation at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the league start date.
To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be received by us at least 48 hours before the scheduled league start date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after your cancellation request is confirmed.
If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of the league start date, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
By registering for a league, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to participate, and cancellations within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests will be processed based on the timestamp of when we receive your request, not when you send it. We recommend submitting cancellation requests well in advance of the 48-hour deadline to ensure timely processing.
In the rare event that Rally9 Pickleball League cancels a league due to insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund regardless of the timing. We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible if a league cancellation becomes necessary.
We guarantee that all participants will have the opportunity to play at least 5 matches during their league, regardless of league type. This guarantee ensures that you receive value from your registration and have ample opportunities to compete.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
We will make every effort to reschedule cancelled matches when possible, but we cannot guarantee match availability in cases of cancellations or participant dropouts.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your cancellation request is confirmed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
